Vantor and Lanteris Space Systems - formerly Maxar Intelligence and Maxar Space Systems, respectively - have each launched bold new identities, marking the completion of a historic transformation for the companies once united under Maxar Technologies. The dual rebrands reflect the group's strategic evolution into two complementary entities driving innovation across spatial intelligence, defense technology, and space infrastructure.

Vantor now stands as a fully integrated spatial intelligence company, unveiling Tensorglobe, an AI-powered platform that unites sensor data from space, air, and ground into a single living digital twin of Earth. Lanteris, by contrast, takes the mantle as a next-generation defense and space systems provider, developing critical technologies for missile tracking, deep-space exploration, and secure communications. Together, the two represent a reimagined approach to understanding and operating within the global information and defense ecosystem.

Vantor's Tensorglobe platform automates the intelligence cycle through three core technologies - Cortex for satellite constellation orchestration, Forge for real-time sensor fusion, and Nexus for secure analytics hosting - producing a continuously updated, AI-ready 3D globe. The system supports government and commercial missions, including the U.S. Army's One World Terrain program and the GEGD initiative serving over 400,000 users.

"Delivering static satellite imagery through siloed web portals is no longer enough," said Vantor CEO Dan Smoot. "Our customers need live, multi-domain intelligence flowing directly into their systems. Vantor connects every sensor, from orbit to ground, giving decision-makers true real-time awareness."

In recent months, Vantor has rolled out several AI-driven solutions:

Raptor, integrating terrain data with drones for GPS-free navigation and targeting.

Sentry, a global-scale monitoring system that fuses multi-constellation imagery for persistent situational awareness.

Tensorglobe, empowering users to build their own spatial intelligence ecosystems with meter-level accuracy.

Vantor is also partnering with Anduril, Saab, and Taiwan's AIDC to integrate its technology into next-generation military systems, including the U.S. Army's Soldier Borne Mission Command Architecture (SBMC-A) program.

Meanwhile, Lanteris Space Systems - formerly Maxar Space Systems - emerges as a defense and infrastructure leader delivering resilient on-orbit capabilities across three main pillars:

National Security and Defense Tech, developing missile-tracking and secure communication constellations.

Space Infrastructure, advancing AI-enabled propulsion and power systems for orbital defense and energy applications.

Connectivity and Exploration, building satellites and infrastructure to support lunar, Martian, and deep-space missions.
