Transporter-15 highlights Exolaunch's expanding market reach, with payloads from the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Finland, Lithuania, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Greece, Poland, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, Bulgaria, and the United Arab Emirates.
The mission will feature Exolaunch's range of flight-proven deployment systems, including EXOpod Nova CubeSat deployers, CarboNIX separation rings, and Quadro Arrow microsatellite separation units. These technologies are designed for precision release and minimal shock during satellite deployment.
Exolaunch will also debut its CarboNIX NEO separation system, a stronger, stiffer evolution of its heritage CarboNIX technology. Available in sizes from 8 to nearly 39 inches and scalable beyond 1,000 kg, NEO employs a new clamp ring system capable of handling higher loads and heavier spacecraft while maintaining reliability.
Since 2020, Exolaunch has manifested payloads on every Transporter rideshare mission with SpaceX, making it the only integrator with such consistent participation. With more than 580 satellites deployed across 39 previous missions, the company continues to expand its global launch heritage and support next-generation satellite constellations.
