NASA's Kepler spacecraft has discovered the first confirmed planetary system with more than one planet crossing in front of, or transiting, the same star. China on Saturday denied reports that defence exchanges with India had been suspended by New Delhi in retaliation for Beijing refusing a visa to a top general from its neighbour.
