Discovery docks with International Space Station

The US shuttle Discovery made a picture-perfect docking with the International Space Station late Sunday, hooking up with the orbiting outpost eight minutes ahead of schedule. The US space agency NASA confirmed the docking procedure, which allows the seven-member Discovery crew to open a hatch and climb into the ISS to begin their nine days together with the six astronauts aboard there, at 7:54 pm (2354 GMT) over the Atlantic ocean. Indian scientists hail aborted lunar mission a success

China To Launch Indonesia's CommSat
