Shuttle Hydrogen Leak Forces Scrub: Next Attempt July 11

NASA deferred the launch of its shuttle Endeavour on Wednesday for the second time in less than a week due to a nagging hydrogen leak whose cause experts are struggling to understand. "At 1:55 am (0555 GMT), launch managers called a scrub, canceling today's planned launch of space shuttle Endeavour on its STS-127 mission," the US space agency said in a statement. Europe seeks ISS extension, flights for its astronauts

The European Space Agency said Tuesday it was in talks to extend the life of the International Space Station and get seats for its astronauts on future flights to the orbital outpost.
