The comprehensive transformation roadmap will be structured and executed in three strategic phases. In the first phase, starting in 2025, the focus will be on building a solid AI foundation by introducing technologies like OCR for document processing, digitizing manufacturing workflows, integrating machine data, and using computer vision for safety and attendance. The second phase, set for 2026, will focus on boosting operational intelligence through AI-powered forecasting, optimization, and scenario planning. From 2027 onward, the final phase will focus on building a self-optimizing, intelligent manufacturing ecosystem with AI-led decision-making.
