    SpaceX Sues Over Boeing/Lockheed Martin Launch Venture

    SpaceX said last Thursday it had gone to court to challenge plans by Boeing and Lockheed Martin to launch government satellites jointly, reports Reuters. SpaceX, filed suit Wednesday in federal court, charging that the joint venture - called United Launch Alliance - by the two largest U.S. military contractors is anticompetitive and violates antitrust law.
