Space Shuttle Columbia and Crew Lost On Re Entry

US Space shuttle Columbia disintegrated in a fireball Saturday as it returned to Earth, killing all seven crew and scattering wreckage over a wide area. Columbia disappeared from radar screens while it was over Texas, 16 minutes before it was due to land at Cape Canaveral in Florida.
