Yinchuan Economic and Technical Development Zone and China Alliance of Satellite Application Service signed a cooperation agreement lately on the establishment and operation of New Silk Road Satellite Service Industry Demonstration Area, Yinchuan Daily reported. The demonstration area will become the one and only base for China to provide Arabic countries and regions with satellite communication and navigation services. As planned, the demonstration area will officially start business in 2016. Benefited from China's national strategy, there will be a promising prospect for China and Arabic countries to cooperate in the field of satellite services, a person in charge of Yinchuan Economic and Technical Development Zone said.
