CORRECTED: China's Shenzhou-19 astronauts return to Earth: state media

Three Chinese astronauts returned to Earth on Wednesday after six months on the country's space station, state media footage showed, as Beijing advances towards its aim to become a major celestial power.

A landing craft carrying the trio -- Cai Xuzhe, Song Lingdong and Wang Haoze -- touched down in the northern Inner Mongolia region, according to pictures from state broadcaster CCTV, bringing an end to the Shenzhou-19 mission.
