Space Imaging Names Jim Youker As U.S Executive Sales Director

Space Imaging announced Monday the return of Jim Youker to Space Imaging as the new executive director of U.S Government and North American Sales.

Youker has more than 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Most recently, Jim was the director of Sales & Marketing at Earth Satellite Corporation. Prior to that, he was the director of Defense Programs at Space Imaging and also led the Product Management and Marketing departments.

Jim holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington, a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado and a graduate degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. Jim serves as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves.

"Jim's industry experience and insight into Space Imaging's business model will further cement my team's commitment to extensively and responsively meet the needs of our federal government customers, as well as the commercial sector," said Dennis Jones, Space Imaging's vice president of U.S. Government and North American Sales.

"Our Sales team offers unparalleled expertise in all security applications of imagery to include decision-support tools for national and global security; mission planning; airport and port security; C4ISR; disaster assessment and risk management; humanitarian relief and emergency response; facilities management; and environmental management.

L-3 Appoints A. Anton Frederickson President And COO Of L-3 Titan Group

L-3 Communications announced Wednesday that A. Anton Frederickson has been appointed president and chief operating officer of the newly created Titan Group, which consists of several strategic components of the company's recently acquired L-3 Titan subsidiary.
