BANGALORE, India (AFP) Oct 17, 2003 India's third largest software exporter Wipro said Friday its second quarter net profit rose 4.4 percent from a year earlier to 2.30 billion rupees (50 million dollars).
Total revenues of the New York-listed firm grew 29 percent to 13.75 billion rupees for the three months ended September compared to the same period the previous year.
