Tata said it will set up a "Center of Excellence" dedicated to Adobe technologies where highly-skilled specialists will create solutions based on the US firm's software products.
"The centre will provide TCS with the ability to support extended project teams and rapidly scale programme based on market requirements," a joint statement here said.
TCS will also supply customer support, it said, adding that both the firms will also work together to build software solutions targetting customers in financial services and in the government.
TCS, the only Indian IT company whose revenues exceed more than one billion dollars, has 24,000 professionals working in 32 countries, servicing 1,000 global clients.
Adobe, based in San Jose, California, is one of the top American companies in network publishing with annual revenues exceeding 1.2 billion dollars.
