Deutsche Telekom wins 1.2 bln-euro IT services order from DaimlerChrysler
BONN, Germany (AFP) Aug 11, 2003 T-Systems, the information technology services unit of Deutsche Telekom, said Monday it has won an IT services contract worth 1.2 billion euros (1.4 billion dollars) from the German-US auto giant DaimlerChrysler.
The contract constitutes a three-year extension and widening of the current contract Deutsche Telekom has with the car maker to service DaimlerChrysler's network and IT systems, T-Systems said in a statement.
