One soldier killed, another injured in a bridge collapse
BELGRADE (AFP) Apr 30, 2003 One soldier was killed and another one was seriously injured when a bridge collapsed in northwestern Serbia, near the border with Croatia, the defence ministry of Serbia and Montenegro said in a statement Wednesday.
The two soldiers were patrolling the border bridge near northwestern town of Bogojevo, when it collapsed, the ministry said.
The ministry said the army of Serbia and Montenegro has launched an investigation.
