MADRID (AFP) Apr 30, 2003 A military pilot died as his F5 single-seater crashed Wednesday near Talavera, southwest of Madrid, for unknown reasons, according to the Spanish air force.
The F5, used for training at Talavera air base, came down at 11:00 am. It was the second fatal accident at the base in less than three months.
