BEIJING (AFP) Apr 17, 2003 A strong earthquake measuring 6.6 on the Richter scale struck a city in northwest China, state press said Thursday.
The quake hit Delhi city in Qinghai Province at north latitude 37.5 degrees and east longitude 96.8 degrees, the Xinhua news agency reported quoting China's Seismological Forecast Network.
