WARSAW (AFP) Apr 12, 2003 Twenty-five tourists were swept away by an avalanche in Poland's Tatra mountains Saturday, rescue services cited by state Trojka radio said.
The nationality of the tourists was not immediately known.
The accident occurred in the Swinski Kociol valley near the border with Slovakia.
