"The best thing would naturally be to hold this conference in Baghdad, but if that is not possible, we have offered to host the meeting," he said after a meeting of the Danish parliament's foreign policy committee.
Denmark is one of Washington's staunchest allies in the US-led war on Iraq, and has sent a submarine, a corvette and 160 crew to the Gulf region.
Meanwhile, Moeller also said Denmark would send human rights and democracy experts to Kuwait on April 14 to join the US interim administration that will run Iraq once the situation there stabilises.
The experts "will advise how to set up a local administration in a bid to restore law and order as soon as possible," Moeller said.
Denmark has already sent an adviser, Henrik Olesen, to serve on the US-appointed government, expected to be headed by retired US general Jay Garner. Olesen will be tasked with coordinating with the United Nations.
