BAGHDAD (AFP) Apr 10, 2003 At least five ministries were on fire in the center of Baghdad Thursday night as looters rampaged through the Iraqi capital where anarchy was setting in, an AFP correspondent reported.
The buildings housing the ministries of information, trade, education, higher education and finance were ablaze, as was the old market of Baghdad's commercial center on Rashid Street.
