WASHINGTON (AFP) Apr 10, 2003 US President George W. Bush said Thursday in a speech to be broadcast in Iraq that "at this moment, the regime of Saddam Hussein is being removed from power."
"The nightmare that Saddam Hussein has brought to your nation will soon be over," Bush said in the remarks, a copy of which was obtained by AFP. The broadcast was scheduled for 1400 GMT.
