Downing Street warns of 'dangers' ahead in Iraq war
LONDON (AFP) Apr 10, 2003 British Prime Minister Tony Blair's spokesman warned Thursday of "dangers we should not underestimate" ahead in the Iraq war following the fall of downtown Baghdad to US marines.
"It is not over," the spokesman told a Downing Street press briefing on day 22 of the US-led war, adding that the fate of President Saddam Hussein remains unknown.
"There are still dangers we should not underestimate," he said.
