Blast that killed US soldiers was women's suicide attack: Iraq
BAGHDAD (AFP) Apr 04, 2003 A car explosion that killed coalition troops northwest of Baghdad was a suicide attack carried out by two Iraqi women, Iraq's official INA news agency said Friday.
US Central Command had said three coalition troops, a pregnant woman and her driver were killed in the explosion Thursday night at the checkpoint near Hadithah Dam, about 200 kilometers (120 miles) northwest of Baghdad.
