President Saddam Hussein promised Tuesday a victory for Iraq over US-led forces, in a speech read on his behalf by Information Minister Mohammad Said al-Sahhaf."Hit them, fight them! They are evil aggressors," he said.
"You will be victorious and they will be defeated."
