CropX Ltd., a leading provider of digital agriculture solutions, and CNH Industrial N.V. (NYSE: CNH), a major player in agricultural machinery and technology, have introduced a new application programming interface (API) that integrates the CropX agronomic farm management system with equipment from Case IH and New Holland Agriculture. This new API facilitates the automated transfer of data from CNH machinery to the CropX platform, enhancing data visualization, record-keeping, planning, and variable-rate applications.

The integration covers a comprehensive range of datasets generated by Case IH and New Holland equipment during activities such as planting, application, and harvesting. The specific data types depend on the machinery used. Once transferred, the data can be viewed in tables or on maps that can be combined with other data layers, enabling farmers and agronomic advisors to gain crucial insights. Moreover, this API allows for the creation of variable-rate application maps for fertilization and seeding, using the advanced tools available within the CropX platform.

"This API between CNH and CropX leverages the strengths of both companies to significantly benefit farmers," said Tomer Tzach, CEO of CropX. "The vast amount of data collected by farm machinery is incredibly valuable. Bringing that data into the CropX system makes it accessible and meaningful, driving farm efficiency and sustainability." Tzach added, "Data connections are crucial for digital farming solutions. At CropX, we prioritize integrations with data sources that strengthen our system and greatly benefit farm operations."

"Enhancing data connectivity allows our customers to get more value from the data that CNH machinery collects," explained Dan Danford, CNH Precision Technology Partner Manager. "Making it easy for our customers to utilize their farm data in the CropX agronomic farm management system also creates a more intuitive precision agriculture user experience. This empowers operators to expand their productivity with more confident data-driven decisions."

CropX now has APIs with both of the world's largest farm machinery manufacturers, CNH and John Deere. This latest integration further expands the company's network of farm equipment partners, consolidating all farm data into a single, user-friendly platform. This consolidation enables the generation of even more powerful insights and actionable advice, ultimately improving farm management and productivity.
