(NASDAQ: MNTS), a U.S.-based commercial space company specializing in satellite buses, space transportation, and in-orbit infrastructure services, has announced the completion of a previously disclosed "reasonable best efforts" offering. This transaction involved a single institutional investor acquiring 1,273,886 shares of common stock (or equivalents) along with warrants to purchase an equivalent number of shares. The securities were priced at $3.925 per share and accompanying warrant, in accordance with NASDAQ's at-the-market pricing regulations. The gross proceeds from this offering totaled approximately $5 million before accounting for placement agent fees and related expenses. The included warrants, which have an exercise price of $3.80 per share, are immediately exercisable and will remain valid for five years from the issuance date.
