Some 5,000 people are expected to rally on Saturday at the US military base in the southwest city of Heidelberg, where the protestors want to lay a wreath in memory of victims of the war.
In Karlsruhe, further south, Greenpeace has called on its supporters to form a huge human peace sign in the gardens of the city's palace gardens.
In the western state of North Rhine-Westphalia, 22 rallies have been planned which organisers say should bring around 8,000 people into the streets.
Other protests are planned in Hamburg and Munich.
The number of people protesting in Germany since the start of the war on March 20 appears to be dropping. More than 100,000 people took part in rallies across the country on March 29.
The rallies come as a new opinion poll by the Emnid Institute for German television released on Friday showed that 79 percent of people think the US-led war is "unjustified".
