Safran gets $304 million Laser Target Module Locator II Army contract

Safran Optics 1 has been awarded a $304 million firm-fixed-price, multi-year U.S. Army contract for the Laser Target Locator Module II.

Bids were solicited online and five responses were received.

The funding source and work location for the contract will be determined with each order.

The Army Contracting Command is the contracting activity.

The Target Locator Module I is part of the Lightweight Laser Designator Rangefinder, a crew-served, man-portable, modular target locator and laser designation system.
