Russia's lower house of parliament, the State Duma, approved Wednesday in the third and final reading the law on the establishment of the space corporation The law stipulates that Roscosmos will operate in the form of a non-commercial state corporation and will be responsible for implementation of state policies and regulations in the sphere of space exploration, development and manufacture of spacecraft, including military, as well as for coordination of work on development of Russia's Glonass satellite navigation network.
