NASA designed the SEWP IV contracts to provide federal personnel with innovative computer technologies, high-end scientific and engineering processing capabilities, network equipment, and peripherals. They are available for ordering by all NASA centers, all federal agencies and their contractors. The minimum amount of supplies or services that may be ordered for Merlin's SEWP IV contract is $2,500 with a maximum of $5.6 billion over the seven-year contract.
