Electric Bike Technologies and AllCell Technologies to Partner for E-Bike Battery Sales

Electric Bike Technologies LLC (makers of the E-BikeKit electric bike conversion kit) and AllCell Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to jointly promote and sell lithium-ion batteries for use in electric bike conversions. A central objective of the partnership is to displace many of the low quality imported batteries whose high failure rates have plagued the industry.

In their place, the partners will be offering high-quality batteries designed and assembled in the U.S. backed by a two-year warranty and exceptional customer service. By combining AllCell's lightweight, compact, and long-lasting batteries with Electric Bike Technologies' marketing, retailing, and customer service expertise the two firms are creating a compelling value proposition for both consumers and bike dealers.

A few of AllCell's battery models are already available for purchase through the E-BikeKit website (www.e-bikekit.com), with an enhanced offering coming soon.

Electric Bike Technologies is a leading development, sales, and marketing company specializing in high performance electric bicycle products. Through the partnership, Electric Bike Technologies will offer AllCell batteries through a network of over 125 established E-BikeKit dealers in the U.S. as well as via www.e-bikebatteries.com, a new website devoted exclusively to selling electric bike batteries and accessories.

AllCell's patented thermal management technology employs a phase change material (PCM) composite to rapidly absorb and distribute the heat generated during battery discharge. Because AllCell's proprietary PCM composite operates passively, it functions even when the bike is not in use, protecting the battery from solar loading on hot summer days as well.
