2-Track Global Announces Contract With OrbComm LEO Constellation

New York (SPX) Jul 01, 2005
2-Track Global Inc. today announced that it has entered into commercial contract with OrbComm Asia Limited, the satellite data communications company that offers data communication and transmission services via its satellite subscriber communications and low earth orbit satellites.

Under the terms of the contract 2-Track has been appointed as an exclusive partner in Korea and has been designated a preferred partner in any other territory in which OrbComm is operational. The agreement also provides for important joint marketing and promotion initiatives to promote the 2-Track prisms technology.

Mike Jung, President of 2-Track Global commented "This is an extremely big milestone for the company. We have cemented our existing relationships with OrbComm and will now be working with them to exploit and sell the 2-Track technology in Asia.

"Under the terms of the arrangement we are also able to call upon the vast technical expertise of OrbComm to assist in our ongoing development and configuration of the prisms system. By securing exclusive status in Korea we believe this puts us in a prime position to launch our products into the Korean market."

Mr Brian Ahn of OrbComm commented "We are pleased to be able to enter into this arrangement with 2 Track. The market for data transmission and information is growing rapidly and we are convinced that 2-Track will be able to assist us in increasing our number of subscriber connections and data traffic revenue by exploiting the current international demand for ship and container security."
