A Proton-M space rocket with a Briz-M upper stage, and the Canadian communications satellite Anik F1R was rolled out to the Proton Launch Complex of Site 200 of Baikonur in the morning of the 5th September. During the day specialists carried out works under the schedule of the first launch day. Today, Roscosmos team continues launch preparations of the rocket by imitation of fuelling of the rocket and control of launch readiness of the vehicle on Site 200 of Baikonur. The launch of Proton-M with Briz-M and Anik F1R is scheduled for 01:53 (Moscow time) on the 9th September 2005. Launch preparations of Progress M-54 transport cargo ship are also in progress. Today, September 6, Soyuz-U space rocket with Progress spacecraft was also rolled out to the Gagarin Launch Complex (Site1 of Baikonur). Roscosmos team is performing works on the rocket and the spacecraft under the schedule of the first launch day.
